McDonald's Lamton Drive thru. BAD BAD SERVICES

McDonald's Lambton. 7h30 on Thursday 24/10/2024.very very bad services all around 1. Lady that prepared food did not use gloves. 2. Back of shop looks not clean at allllllll. 3. After 17min waiting for 2 hashbrows and Sausage Mc.****en they give me the wrong order. I point this out to manager and he ask IF I am sure he want to see my slip. After I showed him myslip he just turned around and walk to the back pick up another order and bring it to me. Again wrong order. This all happen and this dude never say. SHUT sorry sir let me seen what I can do. Nothing not a thing. Then after second wrong order I say. Leaf it if I had the time to stand in Mc D for 30min I would've have order takeaway.Yes drive thru also didn't work. Ask dude to refund my order. Just give me blank look as if I ask him to offer up his life and now all of sudden dude got his politeness back ask me am I sure he will get it it right this time. After surely 30min I left. Only thing that I got is just my money back. McD you are beter than this. Sort your location out. We eat at your drive thru because we don't have time and it should be fast and clean and nice.
