McDonald's Lambton staff are dishonest along side Mr Delivery staff

I placed an order at McDonald's for a Mc feast and big mac medium meals but i failed because the Mr D app adds milkshakes with the order if you click on the medium meal which i dont want milk shakes so instead i chose Burger only for both the mc feast and big mac... I then received a call from McDonald's Lambton and i believe i spoke to a guy named Lesiba who asked about the confirmation of my order so i explained to him that i wanted the medium meals for both burgers and i asked him if i can change the order and he agreed so i then aaked for mc feast meal and big mac meal which come with fries and a coke and he agreed, i asked for a slip to confirm the changes of the order and he agreed... The order came in right a mc feast and big mac meal but with no slip or confirmation instead a hand written prices of the back of some order which is not mine and the prices were R166 for the mc feast medium and R104 for the big mac meal ...never in my life have i payed so much for medium meals and i understand that the prices may vary because of delivery but why did they not send proof of the order? Meaning they did something wrong , i paid R270 for the meals which seems ridiculous... i called the store McDonald's Lambton to ask them what is going on and they have been giving me a run around which seems *****, i spoke to Boniwe , Lesiba and Wonga i believe that's if they gave me the right names, but they keep putting me on hold and dropping the phone and all i wanted was for them to send me confirmation of the changed order i did telephonically with the guy that called me from that McDonald's who i believe is Lesiba... i am not happy with their service if i can kindly get a call from anyone at head office to explain the situation better... the McDonald's team keep refering me to call Mr D but my issue is that it is on the Mr D people who contacted me but McDonald's people who changed the order for me but didn't send any proof of confirmation for the R270 i paid... i have the details of the order i made with MrD and it was changed when the McDonald's guy called me on my request but i feel like i paid a largely ridiculous amount for just 2 meals...will escalate this further if not respnded to .thank you very much .
