McDonald's lambton Germiston with poor service

I bought 3 regular meal big mac, kiddies happy meal and Grand chicken special meal. Fortunately i opened my order before leaving and i noted the bun used for the grand chicken is wrong, ay first they insisted thats the bun until I told them that I'll drive to the reef mall to buy the same burger and compare. Only then i was told they out of buns, i then told them i won't pay much for such poor quality, rather change my order to another big mac which was given to me, i then waited for my change, then was told big mac is more expensive than a grandchicken special, meanwhile I had the receipt. We argued until they agreed and came back with R3 instead of R8, and i told them that the change is short then they said I bought big mac with normal drinks and when we checked the slip (receipt) it was showing no sugar. I was so agitated and feel like the don't value their customers. It started with them not puting ketchup in our food and only wen asked we were told that they sell it for 50c, all asking we used to being ketchup for fries, so I'd also recommend that we are being told or asked at the window if we should like to buy ketchup instead of deciding for us that we don't need it, and be surprised Wen you get home
