McDonald's Lambton Gardens

Dear McDonald's Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service I have been experiencing at the McDonald's located in Lambton, Germiston. As a regular customer who visits this branch at least three times a week, I am deeply disappointed by the current state of affairs.

For several months now, I have encountered an unacceptable situation wherein a visit to your drive-thru necessitates allocating more than an hour of my time. This is not a minor inconvenience; it is a significant disruption, especially given that I often have my four-year-old son with me in the car. His dietary restrictions, due to allergies that require no garnish or sauce on his food, further compound the frustration.

On multiple occasions, despite the lengthy wait, my order has been prepared incorrectly, with garnish and sauce added to my son's food. This has necessitated further distressing drives back to the restaurant to rectify the mistakes. To wait for over an hour in a drive-thru line, only to receive a wrong order that requires further rectifying, is frankly pathetic. If I wanted to spend an hour waiting, I would choose to dine at establishments like Spur or Wimpy, where such extended wait times are more aligned with the dining experience.

I am a regular at your Lambton branch, and the staff are well aware of my patronage. Given the frequency of my visits, I expect a certain level of efficiency and accuracy. The current service levels are so far below acceptable standards that I am seriously reconsidering my loyalty to the McDonald's brand.

I am fed up with the prolonged waits and the recurring errors. If this is the standard of service McDonald's intends to provide to its loyal customers, I do not wish to be a part of the McDonald's family any longer.

I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and implement immediate improvements to address the excessive wait times and the accuracy of orders at the Lambton, Germiston branch. I look forward to a prompt response and a resolution to these persistent issues.
