McDonald’s Kyalami Corner South Africa and Uber Eats.

I ordered a Big Mac Extra Large meal from McDonalds Kyalami Corner with Uber eats, the food came but without the fries. I was told to complain on Uber eats I did that, and they sent me an email saying unfortunately they cannot resolve the issue and thats after I paid the full amount for my food. I also left a review for McDonalds and a note stating that my food was missing an item, I don’t get the point of being allowed to leave a note for a restaurant if they will not respond to you. I have never been this disappointed with a service.
