McDonald’s Kyalami

I had an unsatisfactory and rather shocking experience at McDonalds Kyalami on Saturday night. I have had to wait in a drive through qute for close to 20 minutes for an order to be complete. A McDonalds agent was quite rude to the customer before me, upon realizing that their order was incorrect. The food was then exchanged ( I write this during the COVID 19’pandemic), we had to look very closely that the food that was exchanged was not ours as we cannot risk the exchange of such products from one person to another. We received no apology from “Frans” who was supposedly the manager during that shift for the delay that we had experienced. Please refer to the McDonalds receipt reference to see what time we placed our order and what time we actually received it. I hope someone can look into this in order to make the drive through and customer experience better than what I experienced
