McDonald's Kwa-guqa Mall worst customer service

McDonald's Kwa-guqa Mall, I was given the worst customer service by a cashier, after waiting for almost 10 minutes at the till point with no one to assist me, she comes with attitude and says IAM not allowed to buy at the till point and that I should go and use the self service point, when I asked her repeatedly if what she is saying is correct, she said actually no I can buy from her.
