McDonald's kuilsriver embarrasses the brsnd

Do not ever support Mcdonalds Kuilsriver, South Africa. The service is slow and disgusting. They dont greet or put any effort into client satisfaction. This is the 10th time ive had horrible service and all i get is an apology. My daughter which is 10 years old had a bad day at school, so i decided to cheer her up and buy her an ice cream.... the drive thru took forever and i decided to go and park and go inside. It took forever just for someone to come to the counter and when she did, did not greet or even acknowledge my daughters presence, even when my daughter greeted her. The service at Mcdonalds Kuilsrivef is disgusting. Be proud of your brand and change whatever is not working.
