McDonalds Krugersdorp

We stopped at the Krugersdorp branch, went through the driver through, placed our order then paid and as we got to the collection window there was a guy begging for food or money. I complained to the lady at the window and she just said that there is nothing that she can do. How do you buy food while you are faced with beggars at the drive through???
