McDonalds Kolonnade’s terrible service

I recently visited McDonalds Kolonnade and the service was just revolting and unfami**** for me as such a loyal customer of the franchise. We ordered our food and wanted to redeem a meal from the McDonalds app but the cashier had not explained that when redeeming, you are to order separately. That in itself was the first problem. I have used the app quite a few times and have never had to do what they said we should’ve done. There was no thorough explanation as to how they use the app at that specific establishment. There were one too many meals and therefore we wanted a refund. That was yet another lengthy discussion. Then the manager finally comes to resolve the issue. She explained the procedure and agreed to provide the refund we had requested. Then she and her staff members continued to have an argument in front of us. And then they got order wrong, the McFlurry was just wet and runny and gave us the wrong drinks. I am extremely furious with this establishment and would not like to go back due to their incompetence and appalling service. Please beware when using your McDonalds app at this establishment because they will give you a hassle.
