Mcdonalds Kolonade.... no thank you!!! Old fries

Old cold fries... and thats having a taste in the car not even having driven far away yet.. maybe 100m from the establishment... after going inside to place our order and waiting for it to be completed. No vouchers even when we asked about the vouchers as we bought 3 Big Mac Meals..and when we actually had the audacity to ask about our vouchers we were not received very friendly at all... the server went to collect our drinks, came back with them and we had to ask again about the vouchers as she didnt answer us the first time only to be told there is no vouchers So 2 out of the 3 medium chips were cold and really not nice and with old i mean hard fries very hard.... actually hurting your gums... Then on to the big macs.... dissapointment at this stage 9 out of 10... buns also seemed old... touch your burger the bun isnt bouncy but crunchy... I will never Not what i expected at all...
