McDonald’s koerberg road pathetic service .Manager Terrence Moyi had no empathy or sense of interest to listen to my grievance.I explained to him google says site closes at 11:30 and I drove to make in time he then says no they close at 11 .I explain to him he has a duty to me as customer because that’s the service agreement and I’m that case he must give me a valid explanation,apologize or alternatively help me since the inconvenience is not on my side ,because if you advertise you operate until a certain time and I arrive before that you must have a valid reason why you can’t help me .As a customer it is the organizations responsibility to correct any marketing errors and not mine
