MCDONALD'S KOEBERG IS THIS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE

McDonald Koeberg road ! I received the most degusted service ever! !

At 17:20 I placed an order via Uber eats. Received the order about 10 mints later.

When I opened the order I realized something was missing I then went on the app to check the receipt and than realized that it was my Chilli cheese fries missing.

I then immediately called the store, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE MANGER the lady that rep**** saying she is the manager I then explained to her that I am missing my cheese fries she then shouted over the phone to her colleagues something in their language and then rep**** to me yes mam send back the uber driver, I then told her that he had already left she than asked me 'what do you want me to do' .I calmly to her that I am the customer and payed for something I didn't receive and I am not happy with it.She then again shouted in her language, I tryed to get her attention but nothing.

I ended the call and called back again. The same lady answered at this point i was so frustrated as this is the second time I have to call. I asked her what she is going to do about the order . She asked for my adress to have it delivered. Again she shouted her in her language and again I lost her. I had to call back for the THIRD TIME when she heard it was me she said hold on for the MANGER...I was so so angry at this point! ! !

Manager came on phone so I had to explain all over again. She told me she will have order replaced and also asked for delivery adress which I gave. And I was happy as it took an half order to try and get something I paid for.

2hours past and still no cheese fries!!!!! I decided to call the store again just to get an update after trying calling 12 TIMES NO ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!! At this point my blood is bolling. Then I received a call for a guy working at McDonald's that he is on his way WALKING to deliver my fries. Sadly it has been an hour since he called and no fries

Ps McDonald's head office I have recorded all calls but I won't even bother as I know nothing will happen!

I know it might sound stupid over cheese fries but I work so hard to make a living and wanted to spoil myself and this is the type of service I received??? Disgusting service McDonald's really!!!!!!!!!!
