McDonald’s King Williams Town

Went to McDonald’s King Williams Town to purchase a meal for the family. I ended up buying the new Krispy chicken burger. It was the most horrible burger Iv ever had to eat. The burger was not crispy , it had no lettuce , no tomato and lacked sauce in the burger. This burger was very dry and left a bad taste of this place. I tried contacting them but as usual to no avail. This McDonald’s need to really decide as to whether they want to serve the public or not. Everyday there is a problem, if it’s not the ice cream machine broken then they have no rolls or even Pattie’s for that matter. Not sure if what is going on but they need a massive wake up call.
