McDonald's Kempton Park - Useless workers

McDonald's Kempton Park Branch - These people are utterly useless, I made an order in advance with a specific time around 11:20 for 13:20, yet they can't even deliver on such timing. I have had a missed call from them but like a normal company, they do not even attempt to phone a person again.

I am disgusted by their customer service, when I phoned back I could hardly hear a word the guy was saying do to their being so many voices all at once.

I will never again make use of their services.
