McDonalds Kempton Park disgrace

I went through the order with the driver from MrD as my order is ALWAYS wrong from Macdonalds Kempton Park.

The driver was very impatient. When I informed her my order is wrong , she got rude and said she just delivers she doesn't do anything with the order. She also said she is not going to phone the store , I need to put a complaint online. I told her I keep on putting complaints in when my orders are incorrect and to no avail. Don't drivers check that the orders are correct when taking it?

I phoned Macdonalds countless times and no one answers. She left.

I opened the burger, it was beef and not chicken as ordered and my Choc Frappe wasn't added

I can't even keep track of all the times my orders from the Kempton park branch gets messed up!

I had to order from them as the other branches , who I almost never have issues with, was offline. I order from branches futher away from me for the reason of Kempton messing my orders up. PATHETIC!!!
