McDonalds Kempton drive thru (Dissapointed)

Recently tried out Mcdonalds Kempton drive thru. Sad to say that they weren't busy however they still asked us to go park and wait, we declined and said we would wait at the window...we received our food in no time but all was rushed,fries was not even properly inserted in the box and the chicken on the wrap was cold :(
