McDonald's Kabeg sh#t services.

What a horrible experience we never buy at McDonald's but my daughter had a friend over and she wanted to get McDonald's. We got there placed our order waited 10min for someone to help us. We waited for our order about another 20min when someone came and said the chips fryer is not working so no fries. They offered them something in the place of the fries but then to be told there was no chicken for their Mac chicken burgers. The kids then said they wanted a refund we waited 40min just to get a refund. So we spend over an hour at a FAST FOOD aka slow, horrible, unfriendly and no care staff restaurant for my first time it was not nice. The service at McDonald's in kabega is horrible the staff was walking around and talking to each other no one told the customers behind us about the fries. When you would try and get the managers attention she would just look at you and walk away. I got so upset. Will never ever buy at McDonald's.
