McDonald's Jabulani Mall Never Gets it Right!!!

I ordered a Chicken foldover meal and a cheese burger meal, which should come with fries and a drink. The foldover came with the fries and the drink but the cheeseburger only came as the burger only no fries no drink. I messaged support on UberEats but that never gets resolved.
