McDonald's Jabulani mall incompetence.. My burger had no patty

I bought a chesse burger via Uber eats from mcDonalds in Jabulani mall. To my discovery, my burger had everything but the patty... Whats a burger with no Patty? Im disgusted by this.. I am to NEVER BUY FROM mcDonalds again. Im about to post such poor service on all network platforms. Such incompetence is unacceptable. Dont you double check your orders before it is dispatched to customers?
