McDonald's is Sh*t

On the 25th of August I got to McDonald's in Protea glen mall around 19:45 found a long queue to just use the order station and only two were functional whilst they have 3. They later on told us to stop using the order stations until they finish with the orders they currently have cause the orders were too much. I only was able to place an order around 20:22 for a sit in and I specifically said I want a sit in. The employees here made us wait for making an order and when we want to make a sit in they tell us it's too late for a sit in they don't do sit ins at this hour. I've never encountered such bad service In my life and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this McDonald's cause the service is just sh*t
