McDonalds is not so fast

I will never ever go to McDonald's again. It's always been my favourite because of how efficient it is and you never wait so long. I do not understand how they can have only 1 cashier working on a Saturday night.. I literally waited just over 20 min for just a big Mac meal! Service is appauling!!!!!!!!
