McDonalds is full of ****!

After ordering food at McDonald's Liberty Promenade Drive Thru they had not provided me with one of the meals I had ordered. Purely frustrated as this was my breakfast and me already being at work without having the ability to drive all the way back. I informed the person on the other end of this and after asking me where I work he advises that they do not do deliveries??? Poorest customer service experience I have ever came across with apps like McDelivery and Mr D, they cannot utilize these to provide me with my meal?
