McDonald's is a *******

On Tuesday the 9th of Jan 2018 i ordered a double big mac via Uber eats from McDs in fourways. Not only did my burger arrive cold but they brought me the wrong burger i payed R63.50 for a double big mac with extra cheese and recieved a revular big mac with no cheese at all. I tried for 30 mins to get hold of the store because they kept dropping my calls and eventually when i spoke to the manager she took my details to get back to me. Its been over 48hours and still no response from the store. I had no idea that mcdonalds was in the business of ripping of their customers. Ive taken it up with the social team via Facebook who requested my details but havent gotten back to me. This type of service is absoloutly repulsive. This is also not the first time ive had issues with McDonalds Fourways. I have advised all my colleages in my office block not to support that McDonalds unless they are looking to get ********** or poor service. We now take our business to Burger King in Fourways mall.
