McDonalds is a poor franchise which makes multiple mistakes and does not care about customer satisfaction

I went to the drive through for McDonald’s on Voortrekker I was in quite a hurry and I trust McDonald’s but I ordered a grand chicken spicy first of all and received a spicy Cajun. Secondly I was asked to park and wait 3 minutes for my spicy nuggets which I did. 10 minutes go by and I have no nuggets I then go in only to find out that they had forgotten about my nuggets. Me being okay understanding the situation even though they are not busy at all I receive my nuggets after 15 minutes I get home to open it only to find there are 8 nuggets in the box. The best part of all is I was charged for a grand chicken spicy when I got a spicy Cajun. I was charged for 10 nuggets when I only received 8 this is poor customer care and I am truly not satisfied with McDonald’s at all I will never purchase here again. Your franchise truly had me as a customer when I loved McDonald’s but this is the last straw so many other times I have let it go but not this time.
