McDonald’s Irene Village Mall

What a horrible experience !! No coldrink , no buddy coldrink , No ketchup , No salt … Then not even to mention not even adding everything in the meal the having terrible staff shouting and saying go back in the drive through line … then paying for another Mc Tasty and the just to have the lady come out and say come and fetch it … but we werent the one doing it wrong ?? The ladys name is Cynthia Mokebe . Not even to mention a manager that doesnt even know the prices of anything and his excuse is there are to many items ? What ? Cynthia was very rude and when I asked her what her name was she swore at me in her language .. we come from Limpopo and understand clearly . Doors were closed so we hd to take the drive through I understand there is no water but why not have a alternative option for coldrink? Cynthia was supposed to bring the order out as we were waiting in the drive through when they reqeusted us to stop in the parking then Cynthia comes out and says hey come and fetch your food inside for something she got wrong … Johh I cannot believe this is how they treat people . After waiting from 15:09 till 15:40 we got served cold stale chips … wow really dissapointed
