McDonalds Irene Village - Lack of customer care and proper payment facilities

I went on my lunch time (limited to 45 minutes) at 12:30 to the drive through and ordered a double quarter pounder meal. They swiped/inserted my card into the one (1) machine they had at the drive through and it declined each time after several minutes (depleting my allocated lunch time). Thereafter they tried my friends card to see if it was an issue with my card to no success. When asked what was the resolution the consultant advised the only way for me to get lunch is to stop at Irene Mall (on Black Friday) and draw the money. On top of this he suggested that I "Dont have any money in my account". This is the height of pathetic customer service i've ever experienced.
