McDonalds Irene mall. Bad service. No respect for client needs

Today is the 4th time I bought a happy meal chick burger, and wen my son opens it we find there is beef burger. Everytime this happens, I must find another McDonald's to buy another burger. My son is allergic to red meat. 1st to 3rd time it happened in a drive thru. Where you will spend a good 10 min to get service. Then I stopped going through drive thru and went inside. Still I get same **** service. Staff don't listen and take correct orders.
