Mcdonalds ineffecient delivery and horrible customer service

<p>I called the mcdelivery team to place my meal order at 7pm and received confirmation it will take 45mins to arrive. I called back at 8:00 to check what my order status is and was placed on hold by consultant for 7mins and the the line dropped. No one bothered to call me back. When I called back I go to holdof her and she lies tp me anda says she communicated the order status and how, I do not know as the line was deliberately dropped with no feedback. I really understand why she did that coz surprise! It is now 9:20 pm and I have been told to still wait for the order with no TAT. I wasted about R50 airtime and still hungry with no food. And guess what is still have to pay delivery fee and wait for food thats probably going to get here cold. Ive never receved such horrible service. </p>
