McDonalds Incorrect Order and Uber Drivers Rude Behaviour

Today(01/03/2022) we ordered from McDonald's its the BOGO Special ( you buy one burger, you get one free) we ordered 4 BOGO Mc Royal Burgers and we supposed to get 4 free when the driver delivered the order was incomplete and he was informed he was very rude to us and told us to contact Mc Donalds!!!!!!!!! This is Highly ********* we order from Uber Eats almost every second day and when a driver is rude and tells us to contact the store which was done it just leaves a disgusting taste in your mouth!!! we all facing the pandemic together and every one is going through a rough time but when orders are placed the person who attended to the order must be alert and check all is packed if there's a shortage or certain product unavailable the client should be contacted!!!!!!!!!
