McDonald's incomplete order

I just bought Meduim Foldover with Orange Juice at McDonalds PaulKruger Pretoria Cbd, when i got to the office i dicovered that the order was incomplete, I was not given catch-up, straws and serviets. I cant go back to the restuarant because my lunch time is over. Im grately disappointed at this
