McDonalds in Newtown is Pathetic

The self service machines is the worst invention from McDonalds, Everytime you use the self service its like they staff preparing the food does not even notice your order. I had to wait for 20 minutes for my food, the customers that came after me got their orders before me. When I asked one of the staff where my order is nobody has even started preparing it the McDonalds in Newtown is pathetic.
