Mcdonalds in a whole is not worth the time or effort.

Westgate mall Mcdonalds worst in Cape Town

I arrived at the drive thru at 10h10 and I ordered 2 sausage and egg mc****ins and 2 small fries, I was asked to wait in the waiting bay which was full and I parked at the entrance. A staff member came up to the my car and I was given the incorrect order and appologising she asked where got my slip from.

I was then waiting for a while when I went in I asked what was happening and instead of speaking to me they spoke on to each other and ignored me. I had to constantly ask how long and what is happening and I was td they are waiting for eggs a few times. I only ended up leaving at 10h49and when I asked for my receipt they all just looked blankly at each other and did not know where my receipt was. This behavior is unacceptable and appalling and the service at Westgate is lack luster. You should ashamed of that store. This is not the first I have experienced this lack of customer service, so much for McDonald's "Customer comes first" you truly have lost your customer experience and I am sure to be this on social media.

I have been trying to log a complaint and Mcdonalds have made it impossible for your to submit a complaint, the call center says to log on line and online has an error????

I am so done with Mcdonalds, there service has really dropped to nothing.
