McDonald's, I'm not loving it

I have the worst experience in the Chatsworth branch, I would like this to be investigated further since there is cameras? No host buy the door, (covid protocol not being taken seriously) no one working in the section I ordered from, the machine went faulty, and I redeem my offer on the app, after 15 minutes of me waiting, the staff rebooted the machine and I was told they can't do anything to help me. I ordered the mcflurry combo and I didn't have enough money on me to purchase again with my 2 meals without the app. Please assist me
