McDonald's Ignore Customers

I lodged a formal complaint against the Western Cape Marketing Manager, Mr. Lance Hannie of McDonald's South Africa two weeks ago, yet they have not acknowledged or responded to my email that was sent to their Customer Service and corporate office.

The above-mentioned manager **** to me, was unprofessional. He made promises with regard to enquiries I made on behalf of a non-profit organization that I work with. He even went as far as asking me to have a Zoom Meeting which I agreed to, but on the day of the meeting, he was unavailable. He didn't bither to apologize and he refused to return any of my phone calls or written correspondence.
