McDonald’s I want my money back ASAP

I ordered on the mcdelivery website you took our R611.20 yet you delivered nothing. Zikhona and the rest of the vangate staff were making loud noises and laughing when I called in for help. I ask a question and they don’t answer. I call back and the phone rings then dies, multiple times. When I do get through they tell me they can’t help me and I need to phone the call centre to try to get my money back. You give me the runaround when the problem is in your side, funny how you didn’t have issues grabbing the money
