McDonald's horrible service /point system

Worse experience I've ever received when claiming points . Nov 27 I claimed items for myself as an early birthday meal for myself. I claimed 7000 worth of points and it gave an error. The next day the offer appeared again as stated by the cashier but when I went to the cashier again to claim the items it disappeared. Up to today I've never received my points back. When it came to me purchasing items and claiming I have no problem. Even after someone assisted me to log a complaint on the service to try and retrieve my points . Up to today I have not received a call or email .
