McDonald’s horrible experience

I had a very unpleasant experience at the McDonald’s in centurion Monavoni , firstly they staff were not attentive, I ordered at 12:30 and waiting, five minutes later it said please come collect, the slip was thrown away but I wasn’t given my order, 6 people that ordered after me literally got their order ate and left me while I was waiting, I asked where my order was but I wasn’t given attention, even after I had to fight, one of the staff wasn’t attentive that she took time and still didn’t give me, my full order, very disappointed because why would they treat customers that way.
