Mcdonalds Honeyridge Bad service

I am never able to use the McDelivery functionality as 95% of the time they are not able to take orders. Even if I try and order in advance I am unable to for the next 3 days! I have tried to call them like I would do to confirm orders (else I also wait 2 hours anyway for the order) and they just don't answer the phone!

If this is not bad service I don't know what is!
