McDonalds Herm****-Stay away

Worst Service I have experienced! After waiting to be assisted for more than 10 minutes, the manager had to reset the machine for me to be able to place my order. With not even a question if I would be able to use the machine I was left to figure it out on my own. Finally my order was placed and I had to wait more than 25 minutes before my food was even nearing being finished. Was this a restaurant I would understand but this is Mcdonalds, you buy food there because you are in a hurry. While waiting in the most tense environment ever, a lady wanted to order a mere coffee, after being ignored for more than 10 minutes I had to raise my voice in order to get someone’s attention standing only 5 feet away from me. Staring at me with blank eyes I again had to raise my voice just to get another customer helped. I would not have been so bothered if it was not for their terrible attitude and utter disregard for the clients presence in their establishment. **********
