Mcdonalds Hazyview Drive-Thru Stinking Attitude of Management

I came to buy foldover and mcfeast regular meal around 7pm,on the 17th of July 2024 with my wife at McDonald's Hazyview Fri-Thru, I than went into the bathroom and as I was exiting when done, there were people still seated on the tables inside, I tried to open/push the door but the door appeared stuck, I tried harder and harder until she came and told me that the door had been locked as they were closing. The tone that was used was of utter rudeness and serious disrespect. I explained to her that 1) I do not know the door is locked as there's no sign that says so 2) there's a sign in the door that says push 3)i kindly asked her to put a sign in future that says to contact the staff for opening when they are closing/closed with customers inside. BIG MISTAKE, She further gave me an attitude and stated that she will never do that, Im supposed to just know that etc etc with that tone of attitude, disrespect and without care. I think that is pure ignorance, poor customer service, serious disrespect and gross negligence towards customer service. I regret to inform you that thanks to her, I will never ever use that McDonald's Hazyview Junction, further more I will inform as many of my acquaintances to stay away from her(that McDonald's) the lady in question is light skinned, tall and appeared to be a Manager. I'll rather pass till I get to Bushbuckridge or Nelspruit than to deal with such customer service
