Mcdonalds have bad customer service

I went to mcdonalds in viking park i had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food and besides that when i address them then they pack my food but take for ever just to get my cooldrink and then they serve customers that ordered their food after me thats not right i spoke to the manager to refund me immediately i were a loyal customer but i wont buy by them again
