McDonald's Hatfield rips customers off.

Absolutely disappointed with the service and delivery from McDonald's Hatfield (SA). Placed an order for one simple meal through the Uber Eats app and received a meal that was half the price I had paid. Not only was there no one to contact to resolve the matter, but I had to pay more money to go all the way to the restaurant to inquire about this mistake. After doing so, I was given 30 seconds of the managers time who took the wrong meal to the back, slapped on an extra patty and sent me off without any compensation or acknowledgement. Being a student means that every penny counts and I have just lost out more than I ordered today as McDonald's benefits from their mistake.

Dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not be giving business to this restaurant again.
