McDonald's Hartebee****rt Drive-Thru Bad Service

I Order 3x HM Cheese Burgers with milkshakes. I discovered when I got home that the milkshakes were not given to me. This was despite the fact that I had actually asked them to check if they had given me everything.

I called McDonald's Hartebee****rt Drive-Thru to confirm the fact and they confirmed that they did not give me the milkshakes.

I explained that I live 30min away, this means 1hr round trip. The best they could offer was an apology an a soft serve. I explained to them that time costs money and also a 1hr drive costs more than the soft serve sundae. I requested that I will accept a full large meal for the inconvenience and they did not concede to this.

They insisted that all they can do is to give me a size up on the milkshakes. Why would I want to feed my children a size up in milkshake.

I ended up telling them that I will write a letter to head office about my poor service experience. Needless to say they did not care much.

This is actually not the first time previously they did not give toys that can with meals.

This place give bad reputation to the Mc Donald’s brand.
