So at Mcdonald’s you pay R2 extra for normal cold drink (no sugar free). At the New Redruth franchise (Restaurant number *** showing boksburg) Thando gives a ****py reply with eyes rolling stating she is just an employee and we must go ask head office these questions. We as tax payers already pay sugar taxes so how can Mcdonald’s SA charge extra for a normal soft drink which is watered down already because it is only syrup,water and gas out of a fountain and not the original product? You should teach your employees customer service as well.
