McDonalds Great North Benoni Horrible service

I ordered breakfast online at McDonalds Great North Benoni. The order was suppose to arrive at 09:40. By 10:10 I was forced to drive all the way to the restaurant because my order was late. Firstly, the manager was unapologetic. Secondly, they had no solution to my problem. I was just told that he driver would be at my gate when I got back to the office. My food is cold and the driver was also rude and unapologetic.
