McDonald’s Gordan/moulded buns old fries

My Family and I purchased meals at the McDonald’s on Gordan/ontdekkers via the drive thru, when we got home and ever ready to eat the fries were old and the burger buns had mould on it! We are regular customers and after this disgusting shock we immediately drove right back wasting our petrol to correct their error just by them replacing the meals and ensuring the fries were upsized to compensate their error and the burgers were made fresh !!! Costly to us more than our damn meals at this point. The Manager Keletso has no customer service whatsoever, all he said was sorry and one of the staff members were asking loudly what did the person whom prepared did wrong and then the manager shows 0% empathy and just goes to the back and comes back and says here’s your food no sir no reference at all to whom he is speaking to!!! This was the lowest level of respect!!! My husband was Beyond furious and disgusted by the food & service I must add the poor management !!! We could have gotten sick really bad!!! This is sad because now we don’t want to ever purchase from there again!!! We’d like to hear from the owners as to how they feel about this…what can be done to get us back there
