Mcdonald's Goodwood selling old food. Terrible service

Most pathetic service at macdonalds Goodwood. They gave me sour milkshake and I had to wait 20mins to get my order. I walked to the drive thru window to complain about the sour milkshakes. The manager Babes told me I can't refund it but she can exchange it for ice cream and cooldrink or refund my full order. I told her I just want the milkshakes refunded. Her colleague seen me typing an email and obviously told the Manager. She then suddenly was able to give me a refund on the milkshakes only. We drove off and my kids were eating raw nuggets. I took it back and she said she will let the store manager call me in the morning. It's now 4 days later and no one called me. My son was terribly sick the night after consuming those raw nuggets. I sent several emails to Mcd customer service and pictures and no replies.

This is absolutely absurd to give terrible service and sell old stuff.
