Mcdonalds Goodwood missing items

We have ordered from MacDonalds Goodwood branch twice now and received Meals with missing patty's and sauce. We ordered a mcfeats and get a single patty with no sauce. We ordered the new big tasty double which is very expensive for the double meal and receive a meal with a single patty no sauce and it looked like the burger was tossed into the box. I gave them a a second try and will not be doing so again in the future.
