McDonalds going to the Dogs!!!

i would just like to complain about the service that i have been receiving recently at mcDonalds, we had went to the one at jean crossing on the 17.10.2019 and were given the worse service possible, a lady at the till assisted us and we were trying to use the app, the app was not working and we had to try countless times to reset our phone, she told us to step aside while she assisted other people, after 5 attempts i told her to please call the manager, an extremely arrogant guy names "Thato Mahlangu" came to the till had had the worst attitude every, he told us there is nothing he can do and he wont be assisting, i was shocked at the attitude that he gave us and after asking for his name he carried on serving other people before telling me his name, i told him to write it down and he said he doesn't have a paper, he wants to right it on my slip, i asked the cashier what is his name and she said "i dont know" the service from him was disgusting and i dont know how somebody like him even became a manager, following the incident on Thursday, we decided to go and get ice cream on Sunday, we went to the one in centurion, opp the mall, they told us its cleaning day so they dont serve ice cream on a Sunday, we went back to jean crossing and they told us the ice cream is out of stoc**** what kind of company are you people running!!!! i will be sure not to go to McDonalds again as the service has become despicable and the staff are so rude and unhelpful, i will prefer to take my business elsewhere.
